Susan T Grant
Susan T Grant's work is concerned with the balance between contemporary and historic society through architecture, land-use, the institution and the individual. She creates site-specific installation or photographic works which often relate to the original purpose of a space.
Recent artworks such as sound and light installation Babel addressed the scattered architectural but socially intensive nature of a rural community, while Kielder Parquet explored land-use at nearby Kielder Reservoir and Kielder Forest.
